First Day of VPK

Today, will began the school year with his first day of VPK.  VPK (Voluntary Preschool) is for 4 year olds who want to get a head-start on their education.  We are so happy that St. Luke's is a VPK provider and that Will is able to continue there.

Will's teachers are named Mrs. Neu and Ms. Whitman.  They seem very nice.  His classroom is #101 and is the first classroom when you walk into St. Luke's CDC.  Will has several friends from last year in his class this year.  If I could have hand-picked any 3 kids to be in his class, it would be Kalee and Addyson (the twins) and Maddie...and as luck would have it, those 3 are all in his class.  They were all happy to see Will today.  Will was a little shy.

I hope Will has a great school year and learns a lot.  VPK is even more structured than his preschool class and will follow similar guidelines that he will have in public school.  We are excited for another fun year at St. Luke's!
