Will does better with routine. Just sitting around all day and having no schedule is no bueno. So, I decided to sign him up for 2 different VBS's this year. I talked to my friend Kristy and we signed her son, Jonathan and Will up at First Baptist Windermere. They did a program called Submerge.
Overall, I think he really liked it. And I enjoyed some one-on-one time with Olivia while big brother was at VBS.

Hilton Head 2016!!!
We had an AMAZING time in Hilton Head with family this year. It is always such a great trip to be with family and relax and do some fun things that we wouldn't normally do. We were at the same house as last time, which is fun and familiar. It was like coming home. William loves being the center of attention with all of his older cousins and Olivia had quite the crush on Zack. It was adorable. Everyone was on their A-game. I was especially delighted to see Allison so social and getting along so well with the cousins.
Who knows who will be at the next trip. Some of the teenagers may be busy with their jobs or may even be on their way to getting married (I hope not), but it is such a wonderful tradition that warms my heart. I love Steve's family so much and am so blessed to be a part of it. I could not ask for a better family to have been married into.
Photos say more than I could possibly summarize. But here it is..
Of course, I giant chunk of my time in Hilton Head was spent fretting over the tragedy that happened in Orlando while we were gone. We woke to the news on Sunday that a gunman opened fire and killed 49 people at a gay club on Orange Ave. It was a very raw and odd feeling knowing that something so big and tragic happened in my backyard. It also prompted some very serious conversations with friends about God's love and acceptance of others. That is ongoing...Still RIP to all of those who lost their lives. May God's peace be with you and your loved ones left behind.
